Abrasive Wear and Physical Properties of In-Situ Nano-TiCx Reinforced Cu–Cr–Zr Composites

چکیده

Cu–Cr–Zr alloys reinforced in situ with TiCx nanoparticles were prepared via combustion synthesis and electromagnetic stirring casting. The microstructure of TiCx/Cu-Cr-Zr composites various contents was analyzed. microhardness Brinell hardness the determined; average volumetric abrasive wear rate worn surface investigated; electrical, thermal conductivity expansion coefficients materials discussed. results indicated that addition particles transformed matrix alloy from a dendritic to an equiaxed crystal, grain size significantly refined as amount added increased. high content possessed higher resistance. reduced electrical materials.
